Isometric studies

In the past weeks several studies were done on the apartment in Modena, Italy. After changing and opening up the floor-plan, several configurations for both bathrooms and the kitchen were considered and tested in 3D.

A simple clean and affordable white kitchen with a seamless light grey floor create a modest and calm atmosphere under the wooden ceiling. In front of a kitchen island, a small kitchen block will be positioned next to the door which leads to the night-zone of the apartment. Whether or not the kitchen can and will be covering the wall and the door to the night-zone will be considered in the next weeks.

The bathrooms will be covered in large concrete tiles in two different, but similar color tones. In the next weeks decisions about the exact configurations will be taken, in order to start the detailing of the rooms. Last week new measurements were taken to check the feasibility of the design proposals.
